We are currently seeking a Technical Lead Matillion ETL / Snowflake Database - REMOTE - Canada to join our team in halifax, Nova Scotia (CA-NS), Canada (CA).

As a Technical Lead, you will own the design effort on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Your role is to design innovative solutions , develop do unit testing and support till production. You will work closely with Project managers, user interaction designers, and onsite offshore software engineers to deliver new project .

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Designing solutions, architecture with Assumption and risks.
• Get the designed review and approved
• Develop ETL process as pre the design and requirement
• Prepare test cases for UNIT testing
• Prepare other artifacts as required by project to get IST deployment
• Support Testing team and deployment team till project go live.
• Mentor Jr members
• Provide warranty support for three months
• Provide KT to production support team.
• Successfully communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale
• Contribute to innovation and Value addition

Minimum Requirement:

• 10+ years of overall IT development experience
• 3+ years Matillion ETL
• 3+ years Snowflake database
• Bachelors Degree

Preferred Skills:

• Healthcare payer domain experience
• Oracle\\SQl server, SQL , PLSQL, AZURE Data factory, oteh languages like Java or .Net
• ETL experience leading large design and development efforts and coordinating project teams of 5 or more members
• Mastery of user interaction design skills
• Familiarity with field and lab-based usability research methodologies
• Ability to communicate design rationale and build consensus
• Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems
• Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form
• Own end-end technical Delivery working with Offshore team, Business, SME and vendors
