Role: Senior B2B Marketing Lead (Inbound Marketing) Location: Remote (USA/Canada- EST Time zone) Status: Fixed Term 6 months Travel: < 10% Manages Others: N/A Education: Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, or related discipline Experience: 5-7 years in a marketing role, preferably with enterprise B2B customer acquisition The Opportunity: Reporting to the Head of External Communications, this role will be responsible for the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies to support client acquisition efforts across all stages of the funnel. The ideal candidate will be leading outbound/inbound marketing campaigns across all channels and needs to be highly skilled in digital, email, inbound, and content marketing, as well as sales strategies. Position Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute on digital marketing strategies and campaigns ( including planning and budgetary control) that will support client acquisition efforts across all stages of the funnel.
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing direct-mail campaigns and account-based Marketing (ABM) campaigns that generate new prospects for the sales team within targeted accounts.
  • Managing and maintaining the corporate CRM (HubSpot) including email marketing, automations, workflows, reporting, landing pages, segmentations, contacts and companies, etc.
  • Responsible for creating and monitoring of email marketing and nurture campaigns in HubSpot (designing email marketing newsletters, ensuring mobile-friendly emails, collaborating with copywriters for newsletter content, building and maintaining email lists)
  • Responsible for leading, planning, and executing partner PSA campaigns across all channels (media buying, managing campaign budget, coordinating ad creatives, monitoring costs, and building campaign reports)
  • Lead and manage a team of designers to develop and executive creative marketing campaigns and materials to support sales and GR
  • Lead corporate and secondary branding initiatives and projects for BusPatrol and Stop 4 My Bus
  • Lead launch of Stop 4 My Bus website creation/management from start to finish, including content production required for external COMS, with support from graphic designers and communications team
  • Provide support and coordination with tradeshows and events (booth setup, materials, promotional items, shipment of packages)
  • Manage and maintain all digital channels and content production to support sales, marketing, GR, employer branding and talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with Citation Ops team to create citation template and assign citation template-related tasks
  • Collaborate with Sales team on different marketing and sales initiatives (lead sales meetings, provide RFP support)
  • Collaborate with different departments in the company to plan, implement and manage BusPatrol\'s overall marketing strategy.
  • Manage relationship with BusPatrol\'s technology partners (assist in monthly calls, provide marketing support and lead on marketing initiatives to drive channel awareness and sales)
  • Provide support with regards to marketing content, RFPs (copywriting, design and COMS strategy), and sales collateral (cut sheets, flyers, FAQs, fact books, sales decks, presentations) with graphic design team as support
  • Manage the day-to-day analysis, tracking, optimizations and evaluation of digital platforms and campaigns
  • Determine KPIs and ensure budgets, tactics, and outcomes for acquisition or engagement respect marketing strategies and sales & marketing plans
  • Participate in marketing campaign meetings with other key players to understand the company\'s expectations relating to marketing content
  • Optimize demand generation across all of BusPatrol\'s existing channels including but not limited to the website, email, PPC, content, social, webinars, and SEO.
  • Digital performance tracking and regular aggregate reporting of data from HubSpot marketing suite, ad platform metrics, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Propose improvements to campaigns or digital acquisition strategy based on insights from BusPatrol\'s campaigns
What You Bring:
  • Qualifications Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
  • 5-7+ years in a marketing role, preferably with enterprise B2B customer acquisition
  • Skilled in digital marketing, email marketing, inbound marketing, content marketing and sales strategies, best practices and knowledge
  • Proficient with HubSpot or similar tool, with a strong understanding of marketing automation and building workflows
  • Proficient with marketing automation technology
  • Experience in media buying and a variety of advertising mediums including digital, print, radio, TV, and social media
  • In-depth working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, G-Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Experience in search engine optimization and marketing (SEO & SEM) and expertise in web analytics and tracking implementation
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools, such as Wrike, or equivalent
  • An ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign an asset
  • Previous experience working with technology companies or digital agencies preferred
  • Experience using Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, Workflow, Wordpress and SEMrush
  • Bilingual ( English/French) is an asset
