About the Role:



We're looking for a customer service representative who enjoys building relationships and feels at ease engaging with clients. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, has a great memory for detail and can balance multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.

What You'll Do:



Be the friendly, welcoming point of contact for clients--by phone, email, and in person. Master the schedule: book, confirm, and adjust appointments Process client deposits and manage account payments Manage product shipping and logistics Assist with data entry and management of client records and notes to keep the team on the same page Responsible for accurately entering online sales data into the company's system to ensure timely order processing.

What We're Looking For:



Experience in customer service and appointment management. Strong multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a knack for organization and time management. Quick learner, tech-savvy A positive, solutions-focused mindset.

Graphic Design experience would be a huge asset.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Work Location: In person
