Front Retail Customer Service Support
Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, this role involves supporting the Retail support and displaying our proteins for walking traffic, also by assisting the Edmonton branch with Front Customer Service, payments, and maintaining client account records. This position offers the opportunity to grow within the company while working in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Customer Receptionist Duties:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls , face to face inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
Manage appointment scheduling, maintain meeting room calendars, and organize visitor logs.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby, retail store area.
Coordinate with other administrative staff in our Calgary Head Office to ensure smooth office retail sales and branch administration and operations.
Assist in preparing documents and reports for office meetings.
Retail Support:
Assist in the customer walk-ins for ordering misc. retail items on display preparation and processing of customer payments. (Through Chase Global Payment Systems)
Respond to customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account balances.
Support the retail displays, look, feel, set up merchandising of our products and pricing.
Verify discrepancies by and resolve customer pricing issues, by face-to-face contact.
Monitor customer accounts conduct surveys with customers assist with follow-up with customer communications to ensure customer returns to buy more product.
Help maintain accurate customer list and records in the company's financial system.
Prepare and assist in generating inventory and products sold and stocked for the retail store area when required.
Customer Service Support:
Provide front-end customer support via phone, email, and in person, addressing inquiries, concerns, and product or service questions.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges when necessary.
Escalate complex customer service issues to senior staff or management.
Contribute to building a positive customer experience by providing helpful and courteous service.

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience
: 3-5 years of experience in a retail related to food services and meat processing, front-receptionist, administrative, merchandising and focused friendly attitude to customer service role.
Education
: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or accounting is a plus.
Skills
: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and experience with customer management or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, FreshBooks). At least willing learn to grow into the position.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Strong attention to detail, especially with customer retail, merchandizing, display and correct pricing, the ability to up-sell and close sales.
Positive, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
Other sales and marketing related duties as assigned by management.

From Time-to-Time basic lifting of files and boxes less than 10-35lbs
Follow all safety procedures outlined in the safety manuals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.85-$22.50 per hour
