POSITION TITLE: Customer Service Representative - Supply Chain, Full-time REPORTS TO: Director, Supply Chain LOCATION: Truro, NS

To help us reach our goals we are looking for an energetic, motivated individual to join our team in Truro, NS in the role of Customer Service Representative. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, this position is responsible for working cross functionally to deliver superior service to our customers. This role is a key point of contact between the company and its customers and is a critical role to resolve concerns regarding supply and service. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with various departments to address customer supply concerns regarding product availability, logistics, end use, pricing, and delivery
  • Arrange work releases from 3rd party warehouses
  • Create shipping notification and support documents
  • On board new customers and process orders
  • Communicate and report open order statuses with customers and sales leads.
  • Process quality claims and follow up with Quality Assurance on status.
  • Be a positive representative of IPG, work in a professional manner and perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A dedicated team player who works well cross functionally.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Post-secondary education considered an asset.
  • Ability to build and drive relationships with customers, and supporting departments
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Work well under pressure and successfully manage change will be critical.
  • Solid computers skills including advance MS Office knowledge including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
