You enjoy working with a team as well as independently.Shift available: Sun - Thurs 9:00am - 6:00pmAdditionally there will be a requirement to participate in a rotating on-call weekend coverage every 5 -6 weeks.This role will be remoteWhat you will do: Creating customer orders via inbound calls, outbound calls Analyze and find solutions to customer inquiries in a professional and proactive manner Resolve complex customer inquiries, issues and determine best possible solutions. Provide knowledgeable solutions to questions about products, services and availability. Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service. Ask probing questions to understand current and future needs Promoting products and services to existing customer base Support Operations, Finance and Sales on customer complex requests, invoice inquiries and scheduling needs Utilize multiple CRM software
