As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (LTL Division) who will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns & requests. This role reports to the Office Manager. The incumbent takes charge of the entire CS process to ensure all shipments are complete and meet deadlines. EXPERIENCE IN A CSR ROLE IN AN OFFICE ENVIRONMENT IS MANDATORY Responsibilities:

• Create freightbills
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Update forms & reports
• Manage customers' accounts
• Obtain, evaluate and handle all relevant information to resolve inquiries and complaints promptly
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions
• Answering telephone
• Willing to work occasional extended hours as required
• Other duties as required

Qualifications & Key Competencies:

• Grade 12 graduation
• 1 year experience working in an office environment
• Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience AND Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Good analytical and mathematical skills
• Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently

Hours and Location:

• Monday to Friday: 09:30 ? 18:00
• Terminal Location: Calgary, AB

Remuneration: $45,000 - $50,000 per year based on experience Benefits:
