We are in search of a Customer Service Coordinator to join our tight-knit team, who has a great attitude, the ability to adapt, the willingness to learn, and the hunger to succeed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Work with new and existing customers in the shop and over the phone to ensure their needs are met, and to upsell when appropriate
• Manage walk-in customers from product selection through order generation and invoicing
• Negotiate time and form of delivery to meet customer expectations while ensuring the most cost-effective delivery method
• Assist the accounting team with pricing, shipping or account discrepancies
• Review open orders and back orders daily, follow up with vendors and ensure customers timely receive products
• Notify customers of ready orders for pickup and follow up with them about their other needs
• Adapt to the needs of the business, jump in and take ownership of anything that requires your attention

• You\xe2\x80\x99re not afraid to get your hands dirty in the warehouse once in a while, and can occasionally help lift heavy objects
• You have some experience in customer service and know how important it is to business to ensure customer satisfaction
• You are tech-savvy \xe2\x80\x93 can multitask in Windows, write emails in Outlook, and know your way around a spreadsheet
• Your attention to detail and organization skills help you get through high volumes of work
• You love to work in a team environment \xe2\x80\x93 to share knowledge, best practices, and hard work
• You\xe2\x80\x99re a self-starter and a team player, and not afraid to ask for help or give it in return
• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment where your accountabilities changes daily
• Knowledge of the Abatement, Restoration, Cleaning or Construction or would be an asset
