The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for customer service activities, including supporting contracts, sales operations, customer relations and vendor relations, and related tasks. This individual will support sales representatives, work in coordination with the Operations team, and in parallel to Shipping and Receiving. Job Duties:
Join as a high-performance customer service members in order to meet and exceed customer satisfaction
Join a team committed to high standards of service, exceeding Customer expectations and leading by example
Ensure adherence by team members of corporate and departmental policies and procedures
Make sure all customer complaints are addressed and handled professionally, leaving the customer with a positive resolution.
Representative on service activities and established policies and procedures
Provide award-winning customer service; build quality relationships with customers, suggest new services, and remind them of upcoming events;
Where necessary, identify and suggest technology solutions to meet evolving department and customer needs
Troubleshoot issues within the customer service process.
Share successes and foster an atmosphere of success.
Performs other duties as required
Requirements:
University degree or comparable education level
Two years of direct work experience in sales
Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
Ability to examine and execute sales operations, form new policies, develop and implement new strategies.
Working Conditions:
Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
Able to lift 25 lbs package and follow health and safety protocol
