Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
Answer inbound calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Process
POS payments
and handle billing or payment-related questions.
Communicate invoices and provide basic account support to customers.
Enter and update customer information in account management software.
Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and handling mail.
Provide occasional support to the Administrative Coordinator and Operations team.
Qualifications
Languages:
Fluent in
English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
(required).
Strong
customer service experience
(1+ years preferred, retail, office, or hospitality environment).
Comfortable handling POS payments and communicating with customers about invoices.
Familiarity with
account management or CRM tools
(training will be provided).
Professional, polite, and dependable with strong communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
