This is a remote, part-time contractor role (5-10 hours/week) with the potential to grow into more hours over time. You'll handle incoming calls and emails, assist customers with bookings and payments, and follow up on late payments. Basic tech skills and a customer-first attitude are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer phone calls and emails as they come in
- Assist customers with booking storage units using our online system (Easy Storage)
- Process payments, including taking credit card details over the phone
- Follow up with customers who miss payments
- Provide friendly, professional support to customers
Requirements:
Access to a computer and reliable internet connection
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and responding to email inquiries
- Must be able to come to our office in Fredericton for initial in-person training
- Basic computer skills; training on Easy Storage software will be provided
- French language skills are an asset but not required
