SUMMARY



We have an exciting career opportunity for a

Bilingual Customer Service Assistant (English & Japanese)

to become part of our team! We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Assistant to assist our department with customer support on weekends and holidays. This role requires patience, excellent communication and thorough understanding of our products.

ACCOUNTABILITIES



Provide customer support via email, phone, or chat in both English and Japanese Accurately take and process customer orders Perform data entry tasks related to orders and customer information Address and resolve customer issues independently with good judgment Maintain clear and professional communication at all times

SCHEDULE



Weekends and holidays for approximately 5 hours a day.

QUALIFICATIONS



Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Japanese Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Previous customer service experience is a plus Basic computer and data entry skills Reliable and punctual
