Temp-to-Perm - Bilingual Customer Service (French/English)
Job: Bilingual Customer Service/Admin Assistant
Location: Mississauga, ON
Position: Temp to Perm - role starts as a contract
Salary: $22.00 per hour
Hours: 9am-5pm . Hybrid, two days per month in the office
Industry: Insurance
**Must have financial/banking/insurance industry experience to qualify**
Job duties:
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with internal and external clients through various channels
  • Maintain new and existing client relations, while providing exceptional customer service, including interacting with clients, answering client's inquiries.
  • Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Ability to deal with difficult clients, de-escalate and diffuse challenging situations and successfully resolve customer issues in a diplomatic and professional manner
  • Other duties as required or assigned
Requirements:
  • Must be fluent both written and orally in French and English
  • 1+ years of Customer Service or Administrative experience within the financial/banking/insurance industry.
