Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting additional products or services.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and orders
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficiency in data entry and SOP software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to speak any 2nd language fluently (preferred)
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
