Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and gather feedback.

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when required.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer support services.
Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
Previous experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various computer applications.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience in sales or client services is a plus, showcasing an ability to upsell products when appropriate.

Cash handling experience is beneficial for roles that involve financial transactions.
