Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of innovative menus that align with the establishment's standards for quality and presentation
Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and service delivery

Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper handling procedures
Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes in large-scale settings
Control inventory levels through accurate stock management, ordering supplies efficiently to minimize waste and control costs
Implement food production standards that uphold consistency, flavor profiles, and presentation excellence
Manage shift schedules for kitchen staff to optimize productivity while maintaining a positive work environment
Collaborate with the restaurant management team on menu planning, special events, and service enhancements
Maintain detailed records of food costs, waste management, and operational procedures to support continuous improvement

Experience
Proven culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments and catering services
Supervising experience leading kitchen teams in fast-paced settings
Extensive banquet experience managing large-scale food production for events or conferences
Demonstrated proficiency in food industry best practices including food safety, handling, and hygiene standards
Skilled in inventory management, cost control, and kitchen operations management
Experience in menu planning that emphasizes creativity while adhering to dietary restrictions and nutritional guidelines
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work culture
Knowledge of hospitality principles related to food service management and restaurant operations
Familiarity with bartending is a plus for enhancing beverage service integration within culinary offerings
