Responsibilities
Prepare authentic Indian dishes specializing in
Tandoor and Indian curries
(both
South and North Indian
styles).
Oversee all aspects of
kitchen operations
, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Develop and innovate
new menu items
, maintaining consistency in quality and taste.
Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff to uphold high culinary and service standards.
Monitor inventory and ensure timely ordering of kitchen supplies.
Maintain compliance with
health, hygiene, and food safety regulations
at all times.
Collaborate with management to plan and execute
special events, promotions, and catering menus
.
Qualifications
Proven experience working as an
Indian Chef
or in a similar culinary role.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
In-depth knowledge of
Indian cuisine
, food handling procedures, and kitchen operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform efficiently in a
fast-paced kitchen environment
while maintaining attention to detail.
Culinary degree or relevant certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: $17.55-$31.15 per hour
