We are seeking a talented and passionate Indian Curry/ Tandoor Chef to lead our kitchen team in creating exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Curry making and tandoori items cooking, along with the ability to manage a team effectively. As a Chef, you will play a vital role in menu development, staff training, and maintaining a positive kitchen environment.
Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food preparation.
Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and teamwork.
Train new employees on food handling procedures, cooking techniques, and safety protocols.
Maintain inventory levels of food supplies and order as necessary to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
Enforce food safety standards and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor food presentation and quality before serving to maintain the restaurant's reputation for excellence.
Skills
Supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
