Tandoori/Naan Chef

Biryani Chef

BBQ Chef

Karahi Chef

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Pakistani dishes (Karahi, Biryani, BBQ, Curries, Naans, etc.) Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency Supervise kitchen operations during assigned shifts Assist with inventory and food prep planning Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Collaborate with management on menu development and new recipes

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen Strong knowledge of Pakistani and Indian cuisine (traditional Pakistani cooking is a strong asset) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen Good time management, organization, and leadership skills Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) is an asset Team-oriented with a positive attitude
