The Program Coordinator plays a vital role in the successful execution of programs within our organization. This position involves overseeing program operations, managing budgets, and ensuring that all activities align with organizational goals. Duties
Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of assigned programs to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
Develop and monitor program budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and reporting requirements.
Supervise program staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify program needs and develop strategies for improvement.
Organize training sessions, workshops, and events related to program initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of program activities, outcomes, and evaluations for reporting purposes.
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and participants to foster positive relationships.
Qualifications
Proven administrative experience in a professional setting.
Strong budgeting skills with the ability to manage financial resources effectively.
Demonstrated experience in program management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Supervising experience is preferred; ability to lead teams effectively is essential.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with children and families.
