A propos du role :
Le(la) coordonnateur(trice) de l'entretien technique assure un soutien administratif et operationnel au departement de l'ingenierie, en veillant a la bonne coordination des activites de maintenance, des demandes des clients et des departements ainsi que des interactions avec les fournisseurs. Ce role implique la gestion des fonctions administratives, le maintien de dossiers precis et l'assistance aux procedures d'entretien preventif, de gestion des inventaires et d'intervention en cas d'urgence, conformement aux normes Four Seasons.
Ce que vous ferez :
Capacite a superviser tous les aspects de l'administration generale du bureau selon les normes Four Seasons
Suivre et completer tous les dossiers et procedures lies a la paie
Assister les clients et les departements en recevant les demandes de maintenance et en les communiquant rapidement aux ingenieurs de service, tout en tenant un registre detaille de toutes les demandes liees aux clients concernant l'entretien des chambres, des equipements ou des aires publiques
Creer et modifier des documents tels que des factures, rapports, memos et rapports financiers a l'aide de logiciels de traitement de texte, de tableurs et d'autres programmes de bases de donnees
Coordonner l'entretien de l'ensemble des installations physiques et des equipements connexes
Repondre aux appels des fournisseurs et entrepreneurs concernant l'entretien des chambres, des equipements ou des aires publiques dans un delai approprie
Coordonner le nettoyage de toutes les stations du service d'ingenierie, des trappes a graisse, des obstructions de plomberie et maintenir un departement et un hotel bien organises
Gerer les calendriers du directeur de l'ingenierie pour les rendez-vous avec les entrepreneurs et les fournisseurs
Assister le directeur de l'ingenierie dans la gestion du systeme de bons de commande
Repondre a toutes les situations d'urgence telles que les incendies, les pannes de courant, etc.
Accomplir toute autre tache ou projet connexe au besoin
Ce que vous contribuez :
Doit posseder un minimum de deux ans d'experience dans un poste comportant des responsabilites similaires
Maitrise du francais a l'oral, a l'ecrit et a la lecture
La connaissance de l'anglais est requise, car la personne dans ce role interagira regulierement avec une clientele principalement anglophone
Grande initiative, motivation et capacite d'endurance
Connaissance du fonctionnement de l'equipement informatique et maitrise de la suite Microsoft
Connaissances techniques generales en entretien des batiments

About the role:
The Engineering Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Engineering department, ensuring the smooth coordination of maintenance activities, guest and departmental requests, and vendor interactions. This role involves managing office functions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with preventative maintenance, inventory, and emergency response procedures to uphold Four Seasons standards.
What you will do:
Ability to oversee the aspects of all general office administration according to Four Seasons standards
Follow and complete all payroll records and procedures.
Assist guests and departments by receiving maintenance requests and promptly communicating them to the Engineers on duty, while keeping a detailed log of all guest-related calls concerning the maintenance of rooms, equipment, or public areas.
Create and modify documents such as invoices, reports, memos, and financial reports using word processing, spreadsheets, and other database programs.
Coordinate the maintenance of the physical plant and associated equipment.
Respond to contractor and service calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner
Coordinate cleaning of all stations in Engineering, grease traps, plumbing stoppages and maintain an organized department and hotel.
Handle the calendars for the Director of Engineering for appointments with contractors and vendors
Assist Director of Engineering with purchase order system
Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc.
Assist all other related tasks and projects
What you bring:
Must possess two years of prior experience in a position of similar responsibility.
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in French
Knowledge of English is required, as the person in this role will regularly interact with a primarily English-speaking clientele.
High degree of initiative, motivation, and endurance.
Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment, familiar with Microsoft 365.
Requires a working technical knowledge of general building maintenance.
Knowledge of principal and practices of basic office management and organization.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
