• Proactively promote Accor global portfolio of luxury and lifestyle branded hotels
• Respond to travel advisor requests in a timely fashion via phone, WhatsApp and email
• Maintain advisor/communication records
• Ability to troubleshoot general distribution and commission issues
• GDS Expertise: Sabre required; Apollo highly recommended.
• Conduct regular online and virtual sales training for travel advisors
• Facilitate partner communication including consistent updates of offers, promotions, and news
• Create and update sales presentations and other B2B sales collateral

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel luxury sales, either on-property or in a regional / national office preferred. Customer service experience required.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with an accredited college or university
• High competency in the use of outlook, word, excel and power point is required. Experience in salesforce/desired, but not required.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while being a strong team player.
• Proven track record of strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills
• Spanish speaking an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
