Job Description

Comtech (Communication Technologies) Ltd. is an integrated communications company providing state-of-the-art telecommunication solutions. We have a wide range of services that we provide; from our field staff who perform the technical work on our cellular towers and roof tops, project managers and engineers who work together on project design and architectural concepts to our IT department, which includes our in-house Network Operation Center (NOC). Responsibilities:
  • Coordination with sales team to produce customer facing documentation
  • Strong computer skillset including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, various proprietary systems
  • Regularly updating documentation and record keeping
  • Customer follow ups
  • Understanding of customer needs and requirements
Education and Skills:
  • 2+ Years experience in an Inside Sales role
  • Post Secondary Diploma or Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer skills
  • Strong people/communication skills to interface with customers when required
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Organized / attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $52,000.00-$58,000.00 per year Benefits:
