CP Distributors has a current opening for an ambitious Inside Sales and Service Coordinator in our Calgary branch.

As an Inside Sales and Service Coordinator, you will be responsible to:

• Provide exceptional customer service, and work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders;
• Understand customer needs, answer calls, and handle walk-in traffic as needed;
• Provide timely and accurate quotes using CP standard over the counter pricing policies, estimating, and quoting processes;
• Read blueprints and perform quantity takeoffs and detail estimates on small projects;
• Schedule and coordinate services with in-house or contract service providers;
• Negotiate with our suppliers as to special pricing/discounts;
• Act as a brand ambassador and use available opportunities to promote CP products and services that meet the customers\xe2\x80\x99 plan and budget;
• Take a proactive and professional approach to trouble-shooting and have strong organizational abilities.

Your Experience:

• Ideally, you possess 2-5 years of experience in over-the-counter building material distribution sales or relevant sales role;
• Foundational experience and knowledge of Division 8 and 10 scopes of work, specifically with building openings (doors, frames, and hardware);
• Inventory management experience is considered an asset.
