Overview

The expectation is to maintain the lifecycle of the technical environment, ensuring the solutions that are implemented fulfil the functional and business requirements and be within agreed scope, budget, and timeline.

This individual is a team player who will gather information from diverse sources; composes reporting and correspondence designs and maintains record keeping and database systems within the existing portfolio of applications.

Reporting to the Infrastructure Network Services Manager you will be a part of the SITA FOR AIRCRAFT Customer Services & Operations team.

What you will do:

• Support the supply chain management for deployment and maintenance of the infrastructure: Logistics, Lease Contracts (Airport/Premises, Vendors, Manufacturers, etc.)
• Support the Infrastructure Team with project delivery with activities such as (but not limited to) vendor lease agreements, operating license authorization, equipment ordering.
• Evolve, maintain, and improve processes and tools for the entire lifecycle of assets and contracts.
• Provide administrative support to the network connectivity ordering process (PR/PO) and keep track of on-going procurements.
• Liaise with vendors (internal and external) to ensure they are delivering and meeting the expectations and requirements of the Infrastructure Team.
• Support the Infrastructure Network Services Manager with the evaluation and onboarding of new vendors.
• Contribute to maintain an accurate centralized inventory of all assets, site premises, IT equipment and licensing and conduct regular audits and physical verifications to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the asset inventory.

Qualifications

Who you are:

• 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in IT Operations environment, Vendor management, or audit related field.
• Experience with ITIL and/or service management platforms.
• Experience with procurement, contracts, and/or lease management.
• Experience of telecommunications environment, RF/Telecommunications systems/ network would be an asset.
• Degree in Technical and/or Business-related subject.
• Experience of working in support of infrastructure deployments, any such experience in cellular network deployments would be a plus.
• Experience in coordinating hardware/network refresh and spare management programs is desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, globally distributed team environment.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English language/ french are a plus.
• Effective communications and presentation skills.
