• 5 years\' experience performing organizational change management (OCM) activities for information technology solutions. Experience should include stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and readiness assessments. The response should include at least 3 examples including the duration of the projects or work that totals at least 5 years. At least 1 example should include an OCM practice lead role.
• 5 years\' experience in a project manager role. Experience should include identification of project deliverables, identification of required resources, and the development of project plans. The response should include at least 3 examples including the duration of the projects or work that totals at least 5 years.
• 1 year of experience providing change leadership supporting the implementation of the Dragon Medical One cloud based voice recognition dictation solutions in a healthcare environment. Experience should include the development of change management plans, including communications, training and sustainment, while assisting the business through change and transformation. The response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the project or work that total at least 1 year.
• 3 years\' experience providing consulting services focusing on assessing the performance of an organization or department and recommending improvements. The response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the projects or work that totals at least 3 years. At least 1 example should include analysis of a service supporting healthcare.
• 3 years\' experience developing and implementing a customized organizational change management framework and processes in an organization. Activities should include establishment of change management methodology and artifacts as well as coaching and training of change management resources. The response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the projects or work that totals at least 3 years.
• 3 years\' experience implementing information technology projects in a healthcare setting. Experience should include coordinating implementation with clinical resources and management, and ensuring that all staff are adequately prepared for the change. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years. At least one example should include experience integrating existing external IT systems into an existing secure internal environment.
• 1 year of experience analyzing large data sets from multiple sources and preparing the information to be consumed by the business user. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that total at least 1 year.
