Robert Half Management Resources is the worldwide leader in specialized consulting and staffing services for senior-level accounting, finance, and business systems professionals.Our Ottawa area client is currently looking for a Change Management Specialist to join their team.This is a 12 Month Term position offering a hybrid or remote work and some travel may be required within Canada through the course of the contract.The Change Management Specialist will be responsible for:-Develop communication content and manage communication plans-Write, edit and distribute employee-facing communications for a variety of channels, including infographics, email, newsletter-Stakeholder relations which will include ensuring consistent communications are being released-Partnering with other departments to ensure consistent messaging in relations to branding and content.-Manage and update all internal communications channels and platforms in a timely manner-Align stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure consistent and clear communications are releasedThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:-A Degree in Business Administration, communications, public relations or similar field of study.-5+ years of experience working in a similar role-Advanced knowledge of organizational change principles, approaches, and methodologies (e.g., PROSCI)-Experience developing strategic communications and working in collaboration with communication teams to provide effective communications through a variety of methods-Experience developing effective presentations and presenting information clearly and concisely-Strong communication skills - bilingualism would be considered an asset but not required for this opportunityRobert Half is the world\'s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
