WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the Content Studio Operations Coordinator, you'll help ensure content projects move along the workflow in a smooth and efficient manner and participate in the continual evolution of both our processes and our tools to manage and track our content projects. As part of this, you will:

Be responsible for proactively monitoring the status of content projects to check in on how the process is progressing, identify when projects get stuck, and assist in moving projects along

Partner across the Content Studio to help continually improve and streamline our processes, and partner in designing, and continually refining, workflows across our most important stakeholders

Play an important role in projects to evolve our content project management and workflow tool suite, to ensure all streams of content are tracked, monitored, and reported on clearly and effectively, and will also contribute to ongoing maintenance of the tool(s) as programs evolve. This may entail working closely with teams to build and roll out a new tool or enhancing and supporting our current systems.

Provide operational and coordination support for BCG's multimedia marketing initiatives

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in a professional environment (in publishing, communications, television/film/media a plus)

Bachelor's degree, with demonstrated high academic achievement

Proficiency in project tracking and management. Experience with agile communication and project management tools (Slack, Trello, Wrike, other content workflow management systems) a plus

A curious, solutions-oriented mindset, and flexibility within an ever-changing environment

Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a business environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills
