What You?ll Do As our new Compliance Coordinator you will be responsible for providing assistance to the company?s overall compliance within the alcoholic beverage industry and carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: corporate governance compliance, product labelling compliance, advertising and promotional compliance, trade compliance, contractual agreements and renewals across all business units. You will also assist team in all matters of regulatory compliance as they arise. Additional key responsibilities include:

  • Support in maintaining compliance under our corporate governance structure with the view to educating and mentoring key leaders within the business on their obligations throughout the year
  • Develop improved techniques & systems to ensure all legal contracts and agreements are up to date
  • Improve techniques and systems for our Non-Disclosure Agreements
  • Represent the company to the highest level in all interactions with national and third country officials, industry bodies, members, suppliers and customers
  • Liaise with external legal counsel on matters/queries and third party providers on all packaging requirements for international markets
  • Coordinate and develop a good solid understanding of EU and national legislation, and international standards of relevance to Mark Anthony Internationals business
  • Support on label approval for RTD and spirits categories for European and International markets
  • Participate in projects, practice groups and initiatives
  • Support in the development and maintenance of risk & internal compliance policies and procedures
What You?ll Bring
  • 1+ years of administration, regulatory, or legal experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet research
  • Bachelor?s Degree in a Technical, Scientific, legal or related field
  • Alcohol beverage industry knowledge

  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and integrity
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters with the upmost discretion, and always maintain strict confidentiality.
