Job Title: Communications Specialist
Work Hours: Full Time \xe2\x80\x93 Generally, Monday to Friday. Occasional evenings/weekends required
Wage: $50,000/Year Starting Salary

Qualifications: Experience and Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 Degree or Diploma in Communications, Political Science, Journalism, or similar field of Study

\xc2\xb7 Background in PR, politics, or related communications roles

\xc2\xb7 Skilled in content generation, social media, and public engagement

\xc2\xb7 Engaged with current events and governmental affairs

\xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

\xc2\xb7 Skilled in organizing tasks and prioritizing time effectively

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in social media, basic design tools, and communications metrics

Transportation:

Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute throughout Simcoe County
