About the Communications Manager (P&C) Role:
Working at Wave is special. We do a lot of incredible things for our Wavers. We’re so busy doing these things that at times we forget to tell the story of the impact of all our people & culture related initiatives. We have created the new role of Communications Manager to fix that. This role will ensure that both current & prospective Wavers deeply understand what life at Wave is all about.
Reporting to the VP, Organizational Effectiveness, you will be both the strategic driver and tactical executor around internal & external employee communications. You’ll work closely with the entire P&C team, liaise with marketing, and have a good understanding of employees across all of Wave.

Josh can regularly be seen around the Wave office with his 6 pound puppy partner-in-crime, Psylocke. When he’s not effectively organizing at Wave, Josh is training non-stop as one of ten participants in the 2023 Fight to End Cancer.
Victoria Stewart: Sr. Employee Experience Manager and EA Extraordinaire. Seriously, there’s nothing Vic can’t do. She’s also an awesome dog mom to the incredibly adorable Alistair (Wave’s Chief Barketing Officer) and is a self-proclaimed cardio bunny.
