Clinic Operations & Client Relations Manager
to oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure an excellent patient experience. This is a hands?on role ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of administration, leadership, patient interaction, and clinic improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily clinic operations, office procedures, supplies, and vendor relationships.
Coordinate rehabilitation professionals' schedules, patient bookings, and clinic flow.
Lead front?desk support including billing, phone calls, and insurance coordination.
Handle patient inquiries, service issues, and general client relations.
Recruit, train, schedule, and support administrative staff.
Oversee bookkeeping tasks such as reconciliations and reporting support.
Manage social media content ideas and support marketing activities.
Conduct community outreach to nearby businesses.
Support program?specific tasks (casting technician scheduling, inventory, etc.).
Maintain data integrity, privacy, and accurate clinic records.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in healthcare administration, clinic operations, or office management.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational and time?management abilities.
Experience using clinic management systems (e.g., Jane, Mindbody).
Basic bookkeeping skills (reconciliation, tracking payments, reports).
Ability to multitask in a fast?paced environment.
Driver's license and access to a vehicle (asset).
