We are currently looking for a passionate and motivated
Studio Operations & Client Relations Coordinator
to assist with the daily operations of our photography studio. The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in photography and creative arts. No prior experience in a similar role is required--training will be provided. We value enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Develop and implement studio policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Coordinate scheduling for classes, events, and private sessions while managing client communications.
Oversee marketing efforts, including social media engagement and promotional campaigns to attract new clients.
Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and inventory management.
Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and enhance their overall experience at the studio.
Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial role within a studio or similar environment is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
A background in the arts or fitness industry is a plus but not mandatory.
Proficiency in using software tools for scheduling, reporting, and marketing purposes.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
