Full-time Intake and Client Relations Coordinator
to join our Edmonton team at our brand-new South Edmonton Office located in the Covenant Health Community Health Centre, opening this Fall.

We are currently looking for an Intake and Client Relations Coordinator to join our Southside office as a full-time employee. The ideal candidate will have administration experience in an office setting and be available to work days, some evenings and Saturdays. Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience in a receptionist or office administration setting
Excel at multi-tasking and possess a customer service orientation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong keyboarding skills
Intermediate user of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook and experience with Jane software is desired
This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours/week. Schedule may vary. Must be able to work weekdays for shifts between the hours of 8:30a.m. and 6:00p.m. and at least one evening from 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., with one Saturday per month from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Responsibilities may include:
Manage a high volume of phone calls in a calm and pleasant manner
Book appointments in the appointment program
Handle client intakes in a supportive and non-judgmental manner
Greet clients and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable
Maintain client files and information on the database
Process client payments and make deposits as required
Make every effort to protect the confidentiality of clients and maintain files in a confidential manner
Serve as the first point of contact for new clients via phone and email
Assess client needs and match them with appropriate clinicians based on presenting issues, clinician specialties, and availability
Book first time appointments for new clients o Handle client intakes in a supportive and non-judgmental manner
Manage referral intakes from third parties, ensuring documentation is complete and appropriately tracked
Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
