The Role
We're looking for an
Operations & Client Success Manager
-- someone who thrives on organization, communication, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring our clients have a seamless experience from the moment they place an order to the time their gifts are delivered.
This is a hands-on role where you'll juggle logistics, client relationships, and internal coordination -- basically keeping the wheels turning and the smiles coming.
What You'll Be Doing
Client Success & Account Management
Be the main point of contact for clients once orders come in.
Confirm all the details -- timelines, shipping info, and any last-minute changes.
Send invoices, track payments, and follow up as needed.
Build long-term relationships to keep clients coming back for more.
Operations & Order Coordination
Coordinate post-sale orders with accuracy and care.
Plan logistics, shipping schedules, and delivery timelines.
Work with our production team to make sure every order goes out perfectly and on time.
Help us stay organized and efficient during high-volume periods (like the holidays!).
Sales & Outreach Support
Send outreach emails and help schedule meetings with prospective clients.
Keep our CRM clean and up to date with all client and lead activity.
Track outreach and performance metrics to support our leadership team.
Back-Office & Admin Support
Keep client records, shipping docs, and vendor info neat and organized.
Prepare reports for leadership on operations and client accounts.
Support with inventory and supply management as needed.
What You Bring
2-4 years in operations, client success, or account management.
You're super organized and love checking things off your to-do list.
Excellent communicator -- both written and verbal.
Comfortable using CRM and project management tools.
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about great service.
