Client Success Manager
who will act as the trusted advisor for our clients--ensuring campaign excellence, relationship management, quality assurance, and proactive performance oversight. This role is a
blend of client servicing, campaign monitoring, and strategic administration
, designed to be a second set of eyes for senior leadership.
Role Overview
The Client Success Manager will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and proactive performance monitoring. This role requires a
digital marketing-savvy professional
who understands campaigns, quality checks, and client servicing, while also supporting admin tasks for smooth account management.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Success
Serve as the
lead point of contact
for assigned client accounts.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with stakeholders and executives.
Develop trusted advisor status by providing proactive digital marketing consultation.
Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
Performance & Quality Assurance
Conduct
performance dip checks
across campaigns (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Content) to identify risks and improvement areas.
Oversee
quality assurance
of all deliverables before client submission.
Periodically monitor client websites, campaign trackers, and analytics dashboards to flag issues.
Prepare and deliver client reports, highlighting KPIs, trends, and recommendations.
Delivery & Project Oversight
Work closely with internal teams (SEO, Paid Ads, Creative, Content) to ensure
timely and successful delivery
of client solutions.
Support account planning, scope management, and risk mitigation.
Develop client documentation, presentations, and proposals (RFPs, marketing decks, performance recaps).
Manage contest/microsite programs for CPG or other clients when required, including winner verification and fulfillment.
Business Growth & Admin Support
Identify opportunities for
upselling or cross-selling
digital solutions.
Assist leadership with workflow tracking, account escalations, and strategic initiatives.
Support internal reporting, account trackers, and administrative tasks that ensure client programs run smoothly.
Requirements
3-6 years of experience in
digital marketing client servicing, customer success, or account management
(agency experience preferred).
Proven experience with
SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, CRM, Content Marketing, and Digital Strategy
.
Strong understanding of
performance analysis, reporting, and client-facing presentations
.
Demonstrated ability to
communicate, present, and influence stakeholders
at all levels.
Excellent
time management, organizational, and analytical skills
.
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
Familiarity with project management and communication tools (ClickUp, Slack, Harvest, Asana, or similar).
Education in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
