About the Role
To support the marketing success of our growing client base, we have an exciting opportunity on our team for a
Marketing Client Success Manager
. We will also consider this role at a more junior or senior level for the right candidate.

You will use your creativity, organization and communication skills to plan, manage and contribute to the delivery of a wide range of marketing services and projects for our clients, including branding, digital media, content creation, and much more. You'll also help maintain and develop relationships with the clients that you work with.
This role will be a part-time or full-time contract position, with a flexible hybrid of working from home and collaborating in-person with the rest of our team and clients as needed.
What You Bring to Our Team
Experience in a professional marketing role (3+ years minimum; agency experience is a strong asset)
Experience managing or coordinating marketing projects, including contributions from graphic designers, writers, developers, etc.
Experience in client account and relationship management
Exceptional communication skills
Outstanding organization and time management skills
Self-motivation and the ability to hold yourself accountable (with the support of a great team of course)
Proficiency in the Google suite of software (Mail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc)
Proficiency in Adobe suite of software (Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, etc) is an asset
Teamwork marketing project management software experience is an asset
Proposal and presentation support experience is an asset
Event planning and coordination experience is an asset
