Join Our Growing Agency as a Client Success Manager

Panel Marketing is a results driven agency specializing exclusively in health and wellness. From chiropractors and physiotherapists to mental health clinics and dentists, we help wellness brands across Canada and the U.S. attract more clients and grow their practices.

We're looking for a proactive, highly organized, and growth-oriented Client Success Manager who is passionate about supporting health-focused businesses. What You'll Do

Serve as the primary contact for your roster of health and wellness clients -- build strong relationships and keep them informed and engaged. Host regular client strategy meetings to review progress, present results, and identify new opportunities. Develop and maintain project timelines and implementation plans to keep work moving smoothly and efficiently. Proactively identify growth and optimization opportunities that align with clients' business goals. Support new client onboarding and help new team members ramp up successfully.

What You Bring

In depth knowledge about marketing, advertising, and media channels. In depth knowledge about marketing metrics, KPI's, and advertising benchmarks. Experience working in a marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment. A passion for the health and wellness industry -- you care about the impact our clients make. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple clients and projects. A solutions focused mindset! You look for ways to improve, grow, and exceed expectations. Familiarity with tools like Wrike, DashThis, and Google Analytics is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$52,500.00 per year
