The Opportunity
We're seeking a proactive
Client Relations Manager
to help grow our commercial renovation division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building professional connections, creating new opportunities, and developing partnerships that drive long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Building:
Establish strong, ongoing relationships with business owners, franchises, designers and commercial real estate agents.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities across multiple sectors through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and direct networking.
Trade Shows & Industry Events:
Represent Octopus Renovation Group at trade shows, expos, and networking events to expand brand visibility and connect with potential partners.
Bidding & Tender Platforms:
Source, monitor, and pursue relevant project bids across all platforms.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with the estimating and project management teams to align proposals and ensure competitive, accurate submissions.
