Location(s): Toronto - Hybrid

Reporting to the Manager, Client Consultants, you will be the subject matter expert (SME) for all National and Complex certification projects in support of the Certification group\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objectives.

Your Moneris Career - What you\'ll do

• Providing technical and programming (client-side web technologies; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, HTTP protocols) consultation to systems integrators, third-party developers and internal Moneris teams
• Acting as the subject matter expert (SME) in Moneris solutions for integrators from development to post-production for multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams on integration projects to ensure proper support and delivery, this includes but not limited to supporting internal teams with technical advisory on Moneris Gateway Solutions
• Managing Escalations by contacting merchants and identifying critical areas and engaging various teams to facilitate issue resolution. Supporting off-hours on rotation.
• Integration activities managing through to deployment independently or in-collaboration with senior resources.

Your Moneris Career - What you bring:

• Bachelor\'s degree or college diploma; or equivalent work experience
• 0-2 years of experience in IT/pre-sales/post-sales support role
• 1 year of programming experience is considered an asset
• Strong documentation skills

Our Product and Partnership team consists of four functions: Client Solutions, Products, Third Party Acquiring & Partnerships, and Strategy and Corporate Development. We oversee the ongoing evolution of Moneris\' product portfolio, lead the strategy and development of merchant payment solutions and partnerships. We ensure to always keep up-to-date on emerging trends in the market and jump on opportunities to provide our merchants with the best enhancements to make their businesses succeed.
