The D.L. McQuaid Group of Companies is searching for a Chief Executive Officer to oversee and lead our management team. The successful candidate will create an environment that focuses on fulfilling the company goals and mission statement, develop and execute company policies and strategies to ensure the short- and long- term success of the company, and set an example to inspire the team to fulfill both individual and team objectives. Principle Accountabilities: \xc2\xb7 Oversees entire group of companies and maintains a comprehensive knowledge of the markets and industries of the companies \xc2\xb7 Leads financial team in the timely and accurate processing of financial data, implementing and executing procedures to ensure the integrity of the data and that all regulatory obligations are met \xc2\xb7 Oversees all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the best results possible \xc2\xb7 Enforces adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the companies\xe2\x80\x99 legality and business ethics \xc2\xb7 Monitors company performance by measuring and analyzing results, and initiating corrective actions Our group includes Franchise Restaurants and both Residential and Commercial Rental Properties. The ideal candidate will have a background in these areas and bring their learned knowledge and skills to the role. A strong accounting background is required, and the successful candidate will have a CA or CPA designation or equivalent. Salary will be based on the successful candidate\'s combination of skills, qualifications and experience.
