Our company is looking to hire 3 Catering Chef/ Cooks to join our growing team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items in a high-volume catering setting, ensuring all dishes are cooked to the highest standard.
Work closely with the Chef to ensure all ingredients are available for meal preparation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen by following food safety standards and protocols at all times.
Manage the preparation and cooking of various dishes, including salads, appetizers, entrees, and other complex menu items.
Ensure all dishes are properly seasoned and presented according to the company's standards.
Follow recipes and adjust ingredients to cater to specific event needs or dietary requirements.
Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies when needed.
Assist in the coordination of cooking and delivery schedules to ensure timely preparation and service of meals.
Exhibit strong communication skills and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
Demonstrate reliability, good attendance, and a strong work ethic.
Requirement:
Must have a valid G license (Not require but is a bonus asset)
Must have food handler certification
2-3 Years Cooking experience in a catering style kitchen.
Smart Serve (Not require but is a bonus asset)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
