We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Caterer to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and an eye for detail, ensuring that every event is executed flawlessly. As a Caterer, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving high-quality meals that meet the specific needs of our clients. This role requires creativity in menu planning and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Ability to use a Rational, and many different culinary equipment including a slicer, robot coupe, Vitamix blender, submersion blender, etc. is a requirement Manage food handling processes to comply with safety regulations, and maintain hygiene standards. Maintain inventory of food supplies and kitchen equipment. Provide exceptional customer service during events, ensuring guest satisfaction. Demonstrate excellent knife skills and cooking techniques in meal preparation.

Experience

Previous experience in the culinary field is preferred, including roles in Catering or Upscale restaurants is a must. Strong background in food service and food handling practices. Experience with menu planning and catering logistics is highly desirable. Familiarity with dietary menus is a plus. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering high-quality meals. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
