Dr. Sam Dhaliwal & Associates is seeking an energetic individual to join our Call Centre team .
This is a full-time (32 hours/week) permanent position
Primarily Day Shifts Anywhere Between 8:00-18:00 MST Monday to Saturday
Primary Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls & helping patients with any questions or concerns
Scheduling appointments for patients
Performing outgoing calls (recalls) for all clinics
Checking insurance
Responding to emails in a timely manner
Ensure patient privacy and information is maintained
Other Duties as assigned by the Call Centre Manager/Supervisor
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have strong telephone skills
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
Must be a strong team player and have initiative and the ability to work independently
Must have basic knowledge of word processing software, database software, data entry, keyboarding, basic computer skills, general office equipment and internet browser
Essential skills include problem solving, decision making, and critical thinking
