Brief Description:Our employer provides appliance repair services in Ontario for both residential and commercial appliances. They are an authorized service centre for key manufacturers in the region and are now looking for a Dispatcher / Appointment Coordinator to join their team.
Job Function:
- Answering phone calls and chatting with customers
- Booking appointments for service
- Follow up on repairs
- Post completion updates
- Update technicians on a daily basis
- Enter information to the database
- Issue Invoices and collect payments when needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to fast touch typing
- Able to learn new software quickly
