areresponsible for facilitating communication between our Security Officers in the field, clients on site, and Paladin management, throughout the province, by utilizing phone, radio, and email regarding site safety, extra coverage request, emergency situations, and more.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming / outbound calls and email communication
Dispatch alarm response calls
Initiate after-hour emergency service calls and security requests
Use exceptional customer service skills while remaining calm and focused in stressful, high-pressure situations, adapting quickly in a dynamic environment
Document all information into comprehensive reports
Requirements:
Customer service and administrative experience
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Strong computer proficiency, specifically in Microsoft Office
Time management, organizational & prioritization skills
Discretion in handling confidential company and employee information, procedures, facilities systems, etc.
Strong security knowledge and situational awareness
Pay Rate:
$21.00/hour
Work Hours:
These are 24/7 positions, so candidates with open availability to work morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts are preferred.
