What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

Conduct investigation of business processes and perform analysis of business requirements.

Provide input and recommendations relating to new and/or improved business processes.

Work within a team environment to design, build, test, and implement solutions.

Provide analytical support to make data driven decisions.

Develop subject matter expertise on supply chain technologies, including warehouse management applications.

Develop and implement business solutions requiring enhancements to systems, infrastructure, services, or processes.

Analyze impacts of organizational change.

Develop detailed process mapping by creating process flow charts and operating procedures.

Develop and deliver all aspects of change management including training, education, and job design.

What you bring

Post-secondary education in relevant disciplines required (i.e.: Project Management, Change Management, Process Development and Testing).

High tolerance for ambiguity and high tolerance for change.

Team player, able to present to and interact with all levels of the CTC team.

Customer service oriented, focused on achieving project objectives and customer satisfaction.

Well developed analytical skills and proactive problem-solving skills.

Strong written and spoken communication and presentation skills.

Proficient user of standard desktop tools including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS project and Visio.

Strong knowledge in more than one specialized business area such as Logistics, Operations Planning, Transportation, Distribution Operations.

Experience working with warehouse management applications.

Project management skills and experience.
