About this opportunity:

Reporting to the Manager, Supply Chain Service Center (SSC), the Procure to Pay (P2P) Analyst will provide supply chain management related application and process support to all internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and distribute P2P reports, critical metrics (Key Performance Indicators), statistics, dashboards, graphs based on need/s identified in working with SSC personnel
  • Facilitate creation of P2P reports in Business Warehouse on behalf of SSC
  • Perform P2P training needs assessment with SSC and P2P partners (i.e. Requisitioners, Business Units, Supply Chain, and Suppliers)
  • Develop P2P learning packages and training documentation
  • Deliver role-based and technical training as required and provide training delivery support to SSC personnel and P2P customers
  • Facilitate external website requirements with Communications and IT Team
  • Facilitate distribution of external supplier communications
  • Support development of automation tools for P2P (i.e. RPA (Robotics Process Automation))
  • Monitor Purchase Order compliance for SSC
Qualifications:
  • Must be willing to work in the office in downtown, Calgary.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Completion of high school diploma
  • Minimum of 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in field related business
  • Excellent understanding of procure to pay
  • SAP experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel expertise
  • Experience training using adult learning principles
  • Knowledge of dashboarding and process mining tools (i.e. Spotfire, Power BI, Celonis)
  • Detailed oriented and accurate
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to support large volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Teammate that is able to work independently
The following will be considered an asset:
  • Completion of post-secondary education in a related field
  • Experience in supply chain management
