Broker AssociateOur client is a leading global commercial real estate firm, and they are seeking an enthusiastic Broker Associate to join their highly respected and dynamic team in Toronto! • Establish and maintain relationships throughout the marketplace
• Provide and follow-up on leads, schedule meetings, and keep up with potential new business
• Support senior brokers in transaction management
• Scheduling tours, drafting proposals, identify space opportunities
• Providing lease comments and input on financial analysis as needed
• Provide reports and assessment on which spaces are best for the client based on market surveys
• Assist in updating relevant materials for the team
• Identifying new business opportunities through warm and cold outreach, phone and email prospecting

• 2+ years previous experience in commercial real estate is preferred
• Proven success in cold calling and/or business development is preferred
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field
• Real Estate License or willingness to get licensed in Ontario
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit
• Persistent, competitive, and ambitious nature
