What You'll Do
Support Heidi and the team with client engagement, showings, open houses, and negotiations
Handle buyer and seller transactions from initial consult to closing
Manage CRM and follow-up systems with consistency and care
Bring fresh ideas to marketing listings and generating leads
Represent the team and the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
What You Bring
A current Quebec real estate license (required)
Strong communication skills--in both English and French is ideal
A self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Familiarity with Montreal's neighborhoods and market dynamics
Passion for building long-term client relationships, not just closing deals
